2008 – Present. Cuban Institute of Radio and Television (ICRT), Havana, Cuba

• 2024. I deployed a custom version of a local Debian-based cloud for collaborative file and document work (OnlyOffice and NextCloud).
• 2023. I led the development team of the application for monitoring real-time audio streaming services of radio stations in Cuba, made in Python using multithreaded processing and some libraries such as PyAudio, ffmpeg.
• 2022. I developed the Cuban Radio Problem Management and Resolution System (SGRP). A web platform made with HTML, CSS, jQuery and PHP from VS Code.
• 2018 - Present. I took on the role of leader of the R&D project for analog to digital audio transmissions for radio stations in Cuba. Using a Raspberry Pi3, I developed bash scripts to send multiple audio streams in real time to an Icecast server and to the different web portals of each of the radio stations. I led a team traveling to more than 70 radio stations for the installation and configuration of each of the equipment.
• 2018 - Present. I taught several courses as an assistant professor at the Center for Radio and Television Studies (C.E.R.T) on Introduction to Open Source, Getting Started with Libre Office, Introduction to Debian, Zentyal for beginners, among others.
• 2017 – Present.
  I took on the role of lead developer for the Cuban Radio O.S. project, a customized Debian variant tailored to the hardware and software requirements of the Cuban Radio ecosystem and its various stations, to consolidate the organization's migration to free software.
  I assumed the role of main SysAdmin, migrating the systems and services of Cuban Radio to free software, virtualizing with Proxmox, migrating the FTP to Ubuntu with sFTP, and the sites and web services to Apache, MariaDB and PHP.
  I created a local repository for Debian 7 – 10 updates for the organization's PCs across the country.
  I migrated all AD, DC and DNS from Windows Server 2016 to Zentyal 6.1.
  Use Ubuntu, Squid, SARG and Ntopng to configure the organization's local proxy.
  I deployed and configured Zabbix-based Observium for network monitoring and digital inventory.
• 2012 – 2015.
  I developed applications such as “RHC-Audio-Matrix” for hardware programming and multi-channel software selection of the broadcasts of the Radio Habana Cuba station.
  I developed the “SuperV” Report Management System for Monitoring Cuban Radio.
  I created an application for the automation of sound effects of the “Radio Reloj” radio station synchronized with a Giorgy Timing NT023 GPS module using a Raspberry Pi3.
• 2008 – 2012.
  I worked as a junior developer of desktop applications to manage audio content for radio broadcasts using multi-channel support. These were made using Delphi and DirectX.

• 2024 - I developed a Windows application: PyAudioMatrix for software audio streaming and multichannel hardware and software streaming of “Radio Habana Cuba” radio station programming, using Python, PyQt, and the PyAudio, Numpy and DirectX (DSound) libraries.
• 2022 - I started an small IT solutions company (SolucionesMelis), where the following services are provided: development of desktop or web applications, installation and configuration of computer equipment and servers, maintenance of IT equipment, advice and consulting.
• 2012 – Present
  I worked on the development of several websites, using everything from HTML, CSS and PHP to WordPress, Drupal and Joomla.
• 2010 – Present
  I worked as a photographer in several projects, Book Fairs, Francophonie Week, Radio Stations, Interior design photography, among others. I obtained recognition in the Artistic Lens contest of the Havana Heritage Office.
  I worked as a video editor in several small projects of short films, propaganda and audiovisual spots, made with Adobe Premiere, After Effects and Audition.

  I worked as an application and website developer, mainly front-end, using HTML, CSS, Bootstrap, jQuery and Adobe Photoshop for layout and component design.
